Order Processing Time All items in our store are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Once you place an order, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. This time does not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Times Shipping times vary depending on your location:
United States: 3–5 business days after production
Canada, Europe, UK: 5–10 business days after production
Rest of the world: 10–20 business days after production
These are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, local carriers, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. [OR: if you've built shipping into your product price] Shipping is included in the displayed product price — no additional shipping fees apply at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at edesigntees@gmail.com — we cannot guarantee changes once an order enters production.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at edesigntees@gmail.com and we will investigate with our shipping partner.
